Wishing Well Garden Rules
The rental agreement makes you, the renter responsible and
liable for any inappropriate conduct and any damage to our
property. This responsibility and liability extends to and
includes each and every guest attending the rental function.
Inappropriate Conduct:
- There is
No
consuming of any alcoholic beverages anywhere on the Wishing
Well Garden property

No
inappropriate conduct is allowed at Wishing Well Garden.

No
smoking anywhere on Wishing Well Garden property unless you
have requested a smoking area and all smoking must be done
in this area.

All
children must be supervised by an adult at all times

No
pets
NOTE: DAMAGE ASSESSMENT
The property will be inspected the day after the rental
event and the renter will be held responsible for any damage
to our property and will be billed within 5 days after the
rental date. You will be expected to be pay this bill within 3
weeks of the actual rental date. |
